Welcome to your salt-free life. We’re here to share information and recipes that will support you as you live with as little salt in your diet as possible. It’s not easy, and ‘salt-free’ is an ideal, but it can be done.
None of the recipes here contain added salt, and commercial products used such as broth, stock, canned tomatoes, are intended to be of the low or reduced sodium variety. You can always add your own salt to taste, but the idea here is not to do that. I use fresh herbs and spices so you can TASTE your food. I don’t care for or recommend salt-substitutes, as they often conflict with hypertension medications (consult your doctor on that).
